Welcome.

If you’ve ever opened the Bible and wondered, “What does this actually mean—and why does it matter?” then you’re in the right place.

Who am I—and why should you trust me?

I’ve been following Jesus since the “Jesus Movement” of the 1960s and 70s and have spent more than fifty years studying, teaching, and preaching God’s Word. Along the way, I’ve served as a pastor, ministry resource director, Bible teacher, Christian financial coach, conference speaker, and ministry leader. But more than any title, I’m simply someone who has discovered that the Bible is astonishingly relevant to everyday life.

My goal isn’t to impress you with scholarship or overwhelm you with theology. It’s to help you understand God’s Word clearly, faithfully, and practically—one passage at a time.

Everything published here is grounded in the conviction that the Bible is the inspired, trustworthy, and authoritative Word of God, and that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, the only Savior of the world, and the central message of all Scripture.
